I ordered and returned copper fit X back bra. Called 2 wks after returning and rep advised return was received but credit person was on vacation. Called wk later & she didn’t see return
One rep verified return received. Called next week she was rude and advised return wasnt on computer and Affirm is continuing to take monthly $14 payments out of my account. Ill never purchase from copper fit again and Im going to alert everyone I know dont buy because its a scam!

Nobody contacted me about getting a new pair
I received a pair of Copper Fit compression gloves last September, left hand glove already ripped around the pinky finger
Wrong size
Not connecting how can I talk to a person about finding a smaller size for my 12 year old grandson. He is 12 years old.

My gloves tore
The gloves help with my arthritis but they tear in the thumb area . I purchased 4 pairs in the last year and the last 2 pairs have tore ,just wondered if there was a defect . And wanting to get a pair at no cost .

I ordered these Arch Relief for my wife on Jan 3, 2023 and got an immediate confirmation as well as debit on my card. After 10 days, they said they finally shipped my order.
Ten days... Maybe a giant warehouse, short on staff? IDK, but Amazon would never have become Amazon if it took them 10 days to find the only product they sell!
Anyway, several phone calls just to speak with a very rude lady, I have come to the conclusion I probably won't ever get these. Working with my card company to reverse the debit.

I called to let them know I have had 2 pair of the Copper Fit gloves and they both started coming un sewn where I bought them gladly replaced them but the quality of the sewing around end of fingers and where they are sewn together is not up to par. I like the gloves but, the quality of stitching/sewing has a lot to be desired.
I also have 5 pair of the Coper Fit Socks.
And one pair already has a whole/tear in them. For what you pay for the gloves and socks and with the Coper Fit name behind them, you would expect high quality

Preferred solution: Possibly another pair of gloves and a pair of socks. Even though they have replaced them where I bought the gloves ( Walmart ) my time and gas is worth something… I have not tried to exchange my socks that are torn yet.
Cancel an order
No one has reached out to me yet. I dont know if they canceled the order or not.
I dont think I will order anything from copper fit again. Customer service is not serviced at all.

I put in all of my information and it charged me but didnt give me a conformation number or told me that the order went thru. It was saying that my card information was wrong and it is not but it stills charged me.
